Light Output & Ambience

Which way does the light shine?
Cubo casts light both up and down the wall, giving a soft wash of light above and below the lamp.

How bright is it?
Cubo gives about 200 lumens, a soft ambient glow that suits accent and night lighting rather than task lighting.

Can I change the colour and brightness?
Yes. Cubo has 3 colour temperatures (3000K warm white, 4500K natural white and 6500K cool white) and dims smoothly from 10% to 100% using the touch switch or the included remote control.

Does it have a motion sensor?
Yes. The built-in sensor detects movement up to 3.5 metres away across a 120° area and switches the light off about 20 seconds after you leave. If you keep moving within range, it stays on. Set the slide switch to Auto for motion sensing, either at night only or day and night, or to On to keep the light always on.

Can I keep it on all the time?
Yes. In the On setting the light stays on, day and night, until the battery runs out.

Is the bulb replaceable?
No, Cubo uses a built-in LED light source, so there is no bulb to buy or replace.

Installation & Safety

Does it need wiring?
No. Cubo runs on a built-in 4500mAh rechargeable battery, so it needs no wiring and no electrician.

How do I mount it?
On a smooth wall, peel and stick the mounting plate in place, then magnet the lamp onto it. On a metal surface, the magnets on the back of the lamp hold it directly.

How do I charge it, and how long does it last?
Charge it with the USB-C cable. A full charge takes approx. 4.5 to 5 hours, and the indicator light shows red while charging and green when fully charged. A full charge gives up to 20 hours of use.

How does the remote control work?
The remote works from 3 to 8 metres away and controls colour temperature, dimming and the timer. It only works when the slide switch on the lamp is set to On or Auto.

Is it rated for damp or outdoor spaces?
It carries an IP20 rating, so it is suited to dry indoor spaces only.
